Website Data vs. Protected Health Information
Website visitor data. When you use this website or submit a demo request, we may collect information such as your name, contact details, company name, message content, IP address, browser type, and usage data. That information is governed by this Privacy Policy.
Protected health information (PHI). Do not submit PHI through this website or demo forms. Lab results and other PHI that customers process through the Ordeva platform are handled under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and are governed by Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and customer agreements with those customers — not by this website Privacy Policy. A signed BAA and completed production-security review are required before Ordeva processes PHI for a covered clinic.
Information We Collect
We collect only the personal information reasonably necessary to operate this website, respond to inquiries, and schedule demos — including name, phone number, email address, company name, message content, IP address, browser type, and site usage data.
