Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ordeva website at ordeva.org and related marketing pages (the "Site"). Ordeva is operated by Trinity Wellness, LLC d/b/a Ordeva("Ordeva," "we," "us," or "our"), headquartered in Olney, Maryland. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site vs. the Ordeva Platform

The Site is a marketing website. Access to the Ordeva platform and any related products or services is governed by separate customer agreements, Business Associate Agreements, and other contracts between Ordeva and its customers. These Terms do not replace those agreements.

Protected Health Information

Do not submit protected health information (PHI), patient identifiers, medical records, laboratory results, diagnoses, medications, or other clinical information through the Site or demo request forms. The Site is for business inquiries only. PHI processed through the Ordeva platform for a covered clinic is handled under HIPAA pursuant to a signed Business Associate Agreement and applicable customer agreements — not under these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site. Without limitation, you may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site; use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content; scrape or harvest data from the Site in violation of applicable law; or use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Ordeva or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for lawful informational purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

Not Medical Advice

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Demo data and sample patient scenarios shown on the Site are fictional illustrations and do not represent real patients.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ordeva and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ordeva and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
